Shipping Information

 

 

 Please note that there is never any additional brokerage or service charges for shipping product into the US or Canada. All fees are included in our standard shipping rate.  

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rate is provided in the box above. Please note that the rate may change is the package being shipped is larger than a standard package or if we are shipping outside of a metropolitan area. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to shipping.  After the order is received, we notifiy the customer if additional shipping charges apply for extreme remote areas and/or extra large packages.

Shipping Times

We have a field during the checkout process to enter you postal code. When the postal code is entered, an estimated delivery date will be provided.

*Special Shipping Charges 

Please note additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to extreme remote destinations. Additional charges may also be applied when shipping extra large packages. We will contact you by phone before we ship your order, if this is the case.

Shipping & Tax Policies 

We collect sales tax for orders shipped to Canadian provinces which require us to.  All orders are shipped without requiring a signature upon receipt and the customer is responsible to ensure that a safe place is provided to drop off the package. If a customer does require a signature upon receipt of the product, an additional charge of $2.00 will apply and a note must be made during the checkout process.

Warehouse Preparation

 We do our best to ship all in-stock orders placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Time the same day we receive them. However, please allow one full business day for our warehouse team to prepare your order. Shipping estimates shown below are in addition to the one business day that the order may be in our warehouse.

Backordered Merchandise

We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times. If something is on back order, or if you order an item that is marked as pre-order merchandise, we will notify you and ask if you would like us to hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time or ship what we have in stock.  If you would like us to ship what we have ahead of time, additional shipping costs will apply.

Order Confirmation and Order Tracking

 When you complete your order you will see a confirmation page. Print out this page as it contains your unique order code and instructions for contacting us. You will also receive an e-mail receipt from us detailing your order. For continental US orders that ship by UPS or US Priority Mail, we will also send you an e-mail when your order ships, including a link so that you can track your package from the UPS or Post Office sites!  Once your package has left our warehouse, we no longer track it.  Check on the status of your package daily until it arrives and if you encounter a problem with the shipping, use this tracking number to contact the appropriate shipper to resolve the issue.
